Joker's IV - new era, new name

10 years ago, a young hard/glam rock band Bad Joker's Cream was formed in Frýdek-Místek, which appealed to its fans mainly with classic hard-rock riffs in the style of the 80s.

To celebrate their 10th anniversary, the band is planning to release a new album Pink World. It is very specific compared to their previous work. The band is slightly moving away from raw glam rock and the songs will have a more melodic feel. In addition to guitar parts, samples, synths and strings are strongly represented.

Still, the songs retain a distinct rock sound. A lot of this innovation is due to

credit for this innovation goes to Swedish producer Per Aldeheim, who has worked with big names in the rock and metal scene in the past, such as Def Leppard, Soilwork, and most recently, the young Finnish upcoming star Shiraz Lane.

As the tone of the new album is more serious and does not reflect typical glam rock, the members of the formation have come to an important decision. They decided to replace the original band name with a new one that is more suited to the new direction they are now taking.,

The Pink World album will not be released under the Bad Joker's Cream name this year but under the new name JOKER'S IV.

The band announced this change in advance to fans via Live Stream on

18.12.2022, and subsequently released the new logo.

Currently, the band's management is working hard on rebranding all

platforms.
